Women Empowerment Cell

Promoting Safety, Respect & Equal Opportunities for Women

The Women Empowerment Cell (WEC) at Universal Hospital & Research Center is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for women students, staff, interns, and faculty. Our goal is to empower women by ensuring equal opportunities, nurturing leadership qualities, and promoting a culture of dignity and respect across all institutional levels.

The Cell actively works to sensitize the community on gender equality, women's rights, personal safety, and professional growth through awareness programs, workshops, counselling sessions, and grievance redressal support.
